Terms of use
These terms cover the North Pole Window website. They were last updated on September 23, 2026. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
The site and the product are different
You may browse the public pages, read the articles, and look at the before-December demonstration. The physical North Pole Window is not offered for sale on this website. There is no checkout, no price, and no shipping contract. “Coming Holiday 2026” describes the current plan. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you agree to receive occasional email about the project. It does not reserve a window, create an order, or obligate you to buy anything. You can ask to be removed by writing to hello@northpolewindow.com.
Parent accounts
If you activate a window, you agree that you are the parent or guardian managing it, that any optional display name is for your account and is not shown on the window, and that you will keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may disable a window that is being used to abuse the service.
Personalized window pages are private. Please do not post an activation code or a private window link in public. The scenes are for your household’s seasonal use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, probe accounts that are not yours, upload malware through the admin tools, or use the contact form to harass anyone. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people. Future December scenes are locked on purpose. Trying to retrieve unpublished scenes from a child-facing URL is not allowed.
Your content and ours
The words, scenes, and design of North Pole Window belong to the project unless a page says otherwise. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the scene library or present the product as yours.
If you send a message or a display name, you give us permission to store it for the purposes described in the privacy policy. You keep whatever rights you already had in your own words.
No warranties
The website and demonstration scenes are provided as they are. NFC behavior depends on the phone. A scene may be delayed if it is not finished. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted. Holiday 2026 plans can change, and we will say so rather than imply a product is available when it is not.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, North Pole Window is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms for that future use. Questions can go to hello@northpolewindow.com.
